Do you have questions about how a renovation project works? That's normal. We've compiled answers to our customers' most frequently asked questions here. If you can't find what you're looking for, contact us directly.

Do you offer free quotes?
Yes, absolutely. We’ll come to your home to assess your project and provide you with a detailed quote at no charge. This allows us to fully understand your needs and provide you with a realistic estimate based on the current condition of your property.
How long does a major renovation project take?
It depends on the scope of the work, but we always give you a clear timeline from the outset. A major renovation project can take several weeks or months, depending on its complexity. The important thing is that we meet the agreed-upon deadlines and keep you informed of our progress.
Who handles my project from start to finish?
The same people. This is one of our great advantages: you won't be transferred from one person to another. Your project manager knows your home and your expectations and coordinates all the trades involved.
What areas do you serve?
We work mainly in Montreal, the southern suburbs, and the Eastern Townships, including Bromont. If you’re located within a radius of approximately 70 km from Brossard, we can probably accommodate you. Call us to confirm.
Do you have the necessary certifications?
Yes. We hold our RBQ license (5687-9224-01) and are members of the APCHQ, CCQ, and ACQ. All our work complies with current standards and is carried out by qualified professionals.
Do you have to leave your home during the renovation work?
It depends on the scope of the project. For some jobs, you can stay in your home. We organize the work site to minimize inconvenience. For major renovations involving the kitchen, bathroom, or structure, we may advise you to temporarily relocate for your comfort and safety.
